3. Description of Service

Undivided Studio provides a facial recognition service that allows conference attendees to find photos of themselves from event photography using AI matching technology.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

5. Biometric Data Consent

By using the facial recognition features, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the Service, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all content are owned by Undivided Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Photos uploaded by photographers remain their property.

The Service uses third-party services including AWS for hosting and facial recognition. Your use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain features may be provided for a fee, including professional editing services. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that facial recognition will identify all photos containing your likeness.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undivided Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Undivided Studio from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally. Any unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
